"But I have never, EVER seen an announcement of a vote to raise A/S on an OTC followed by a retraction due to a lack of quorum, which ended up leading to a 40 bagger. I have also never seen a CH 11 filing due to a failure of an A/S raise just a few weeks later. "

Then just imagine what it will be when they retract the ch11 :)

I'm going to side with you on one of your points - Martin & his sidekick are 2 BIG IDIOTS that have NO place running ANY company. I don't know the whole story of VIIC. Maybe those 2 IMBECILES founded the company. If so, then, they NEED to stick with entrepreneur-ing, and leave running companies to someone COMPETENT!

On the second point, I am not so quick to dismiss the future of this company, UNDER DIFFERENT LEADERSHIP. ANYONE who files a c11 as a warning shot is FLAT STUPID! In hindsight, it is obvious that any problems the company has had is a DIRECT RESULT of POOR MANAGEMENT.

The COMPANY has a great deal of intrinsic value. However, that is eroded by the fact that the CEO & the COO are both TOTAL MORONS. Perhaps they ADD value on idea conception & invention. However, that is completely negated by the FACT they are wrecking the company financially. AND, IT is TRULY SAD when the leaders NEED to be LED!

THAT SAID, again, I believe the FUTURE is BRIGHT for VIIC, under NEW LEADERSHIP! Maybe the SWISS will GET SMART and INVOKE their authority as the controlling shareholder! We SHALL see!

Trouble is this scam hasn't bottomed yet. Also volume is gone so it is now a liquidity trap as well.

Maybe .0004 or so is a buy for a million shares. This way if it is halted or goes no bid, no problem.
