OK, since you asked, I'm going to give you my 2 cents on options trading.

Stay away from options.

The percentage of traders who make money trading options over the longer term is VERY small.

I learned my lesson long ago. Maybe you will be one of the few who succeed at options trading, but those are my two cents...

And welcome to the board as a regular participant!

Will be good to have you back on the board more, Flow...

Sorry I missed your earlier post, but as to options...

1. I don't trade them presently, but have done so in the past

2. If I traded them, I would primarily want to use them on binary events, that could go either direction and gap bigtime...

3. Many of the options strategies can be very risky, so I do think that education and paper-trading ought to be a big part of the process...

In terms of an education, cboe.com has an education tab at their website and although they may charge for some things, I believe that a basic (but comprehensive) tutorial is available for free if you register...

I would just suggest that you look around their website a bit...

Also check out this site...they want money too, but I signed up for free emails which I find interesting for my general purposes...

And this one has been around for a long while...still a good option site, as far as I know...

Good Luck to you, Flow...
