It was information in general concerning Death Spiral Finance. Plus I didn't say that its the case here....although now that You made the comparison there isn't any sense in trying to deny that the WNTR has issued up to 2 billion shares of stock. No sense trying to deny that the stock has plummeted ... and is just over the trips...meaning triple zeros.

So..I read the reports and can see for myself that if one were to compare this to .....another stock say..A*AC then they could be relatives and that would make the case when compared. Only this has many more shares out to date... and a lower price by near 50 percent.
