I think management is doing what they have to do at this point. They have few choices. But, as I said, it NEVER should have come to this. Also, since there are not going to be any instituionals investing in ERHC any time soon ERHC better learn quickly what it takes to attract individual retail investors. They have done an awful job of communicating with these investors which are critical to their success. Start making timely communication with full disclosure of what is happening.

I really don't see that happening. That is why I am out and will likely stay out unless there is a change in management. But I will continue to follow the company anyway to compare it to the other small Kenya exploration companies that offer a better opportunity, that have more Kenya blocks, that have definitive drilling timeframes, that understand the value of their shareholders and that understand the importance of clear and timely communication. This one NEVER has.
