TKMR has already stated they can get about 900 doses ready by the end of the year or early 2015. For millions of doses they would need the services of a few companies already standing by to help in mass manufacturing. As noted in earlier posts.

That is the point!
This can take many companies on an urgent basis to work together to make enough TKMR EBOLA to meet the needs in Africa and that includes the 3000 US military people that will be going there.
Just remember that Dr. Sacra was working in obstetrics far away from known cases of Ebola. The US military will also be away from known cases of EBOLA but TKMR Ebola works as a preventative medicine also.
To make enough TKMR EBOLA (and the WHO will not even start making enough EBOLA medicine for several months) will take many companies working overtime to get enough medicine in time. A real emergency.
The USA does not want to fumble on this emergency.
