Shareholders on the board are enthused about the product because they own stock in the company but to be honest if they weren't shareholders and they saw the product in the store they would most likely walk right past it and not give it a second thought and that's how 99.99% of the people in this country will look at it. If you to Menard's.Lowe's etc, you see tones of these type products. Some plug in, some have fans, some you just open and set in the room, scented candles, etc. I know I would take a look at the $70 price tag and quickly move on. As a shareholder it's easy to get excited about a product but as a non shareholder it's just another air freshener. It's not just plugging it in and going to work either because almost 70% of US households have pets so you either find a pet setter or take them to work with you.
Also, none of us know what the room smells like AFTER the product is used. Some say 1000+ has a clean fresh scent and many find it strong, overbearing, and repulsive. If this can treat a 2000 sq. ft home can you imaging how strong it would be after 3 hrs, in a car? Another question is how long does it last? Just until someone cooks something like fish, smokes a cigarette or marijuana joint?
As far as apartments or house rentals, the vast majority of these places hire professional cleaners that come in and do everything and I doubt these cleaning services are going to spend the money on this product and if they do a proper job of cleaning, paining and shampooing they shouldn't need it.

I'm at these properties everyday because of my occupation

So instead of doing any more 1000+ demos perhaps you can head up Eric's attempted commercialization endeavors for Blau Aire Turbo Dave!

Can see it now...you pitch the landlords and Eric blows air on his blog about each landlord you convince to try a free sample!

I think it's a great idea...and 100% in line with Eric's track record of branding brilliance exhibited over the past almost 9 years now lol:)
