IMO the explanation provided by the Company is a bit perplexing. IMO they have not fully secured all that much money. My guess, and it is only a guess, is that some money is available from some source but it is "less than an impressive" amount. I am sure that they are of the belief that an additional amount will be raised.

That is not, in any way, what that statement / PR / IR conversation said.

Not for your benefit, but for everyone else's, the statement says that we (SRSR) cannot DISCLOSE WHO GAVE IT AND HOW MUCH money until its cleared / approved.

SRSR is completely allowed to say they have secured funds.


That's like me saying I'm DONE school.... I have all my courses complete, and I did so well I don't even need to show up to the 30% exams to pass because I'll still get like a 55% even if I don't.

I'm done, just the formality and the convocation and the dumb hat and the diploma that will gather dust on my wall, right?

So am I allowed to say, I have my degree yet? NO. BECAUSE ALTHOUGH EVERYTHING'S IN PLACE, ITS NOT FINISHED YET IN THE EYES OF THE POWERS THAT BE.
