Additional Agreements with This Particular Company Are Now Being Discussed at a High Level. EPGL Plans to Identify the New Company for Investors by October 28, 2014.
A Press Release of Some Form Will Be Dispensed at that Time (Approx October 28th) Instead of October 21st as Previously Announced.
EPGL has conference call Dec 5th during trading hours.... Also in the disclosure statement of Intel/EPGL , SEC reporting was delayed because of additional pending agreements. I think this call is going to be fun!!!!
