OT: jrod is BMI's lifepartner here's proof;
"....I am his partner...." well, you said it.
Oh, wait, that's taken out of context. I'm kidding, j-my man!!
I know you get jokes which is why I HAD to be the one to say that. You, jrod, are right on so many levels but not the one where attempted coersion of my money is concerned. You are correct on the rights of all posters to express their concerns and have their answers be publicly discussed even if they ARE broken records. You are right that bashing a stock is allowable and bashing a person is not but yes, people get away with it anyway on this board, to wit I say, TTSTK. I believe this board to be a dictatorship, not a democracy. So the 1st amendment is not in play here. Concerns over float, dilution, content and all that is perfectly understandable but when the same questions arise from the same people time and time again it becomes bashing. When the concerns are worded as predictions and the reader is asked to "call someone" to check it out for themselves, it is clearly bashing but on a level most newbies can't understand. This type of bashing is not bashing to manipulate the stock price per se, but to egotistically prey upon the intestinal fortitude of the stockholders reading and attempting to decipher those cryptic posts. Getting into the heads of investors creates doubt which is the root of confusion and uncertainty. When the individual players on the board are confused, chances of them releasing their shares, even a small amount, grows. Then comes panic.
Panic spreads fastest among newbie shareholders and their rapid individual selling sends a message to the MM's to attempt to drop the price for cheaper shares.
Do I like this? only when I'm 100% out and looking to climb back in. But only a fool is ever 100% in or out.
Those with agendas should ask yourselves if you would rather make a few pennies right now at the expence of the company and your psyche or many dollars quickly as the company steadily grows along with your selfimage.
Those that answer the former, you must remember this...
If I asked BMI if he had everyone's best intrest in mind, he would say no. And rightfully so, #1 comes first, but he certainly welcomes the support his defenders give him even though, they are the first one's he'll leave in his wake. So unless you can put together a cohereant, well thought out, historically accurate bash like he does AND be prepared to PUMP when you are back in just like he does; do not defend him and don't play that game, you will find yourself under a tank.
If you CAN write as eloquent a bash as he, prepare yourself for the onslaught of seasoned investors who will out you at a moments notice as someone who is not to be trusted and whos existance is lower than peasant dirt.
