Strange day for the mediation. Same as the hearing that Facebook is trying to invalidate the DSS Bascom patents.

If Facebook wins the patent invalidation it's like tearing up and shredding a brilliant work of art.

Inventor Tom Bascom worked extremely hard on those patents way before Zukenberg even dreamt of Facebook.
