Patience is a Virtue my friend.

Dr. James Andrews said, "We are excited that we will have the opportunity to work with inVentiv Clinical Health as the CRO for our IND study of osteoarthritis of the knee using IntelliCell's technology. It will be research like this at the Andrews' Research and Educational Institute in collaboration with IntelliCell BioSciences and inVentiv that will further our research in the use of the biologics for the treatment of the osteoarthritic knee. We believe, based on antidotal evidence of others, that this cellular therapy has the potential to be a game changer."

The revenues will be generated soon enough. This will be more than adequate enough cover for any so-called "charitable donations", which will be absolute peanuts as compared to the size of the revenues from AREF.

BBW,

I realize that this is laziness on my part, but whenever I get into reading that legal jargon I sort of get lost. My question is this: This $40,000.00 that Dr. Andrews is being paid per month, that money is being paid to Dr. Andrews, in exchange for his leading and conducting an Investigational New Drug or IND Study to determine if SVFC's product or service is a real and valid treatment plan for Osteoarthritis of the knee. Is there any mention as to how many months SVFC is willing to keep paying him $40,000.00 per month? I would think that it couldn't just be an open ended thing as far as time is concerned? I know that we are talking about really big money if that IND study is successful, but if it isn't, we have just paid one man almost a half a million dollars per year with absolutely no return on investment.

And thank you in advance for your reply. And if you don't reply, then I will take that as a non-verbal way of saying "look it up yourself, you lazy piece of..."

P.S. For the record, I do think that their study will show that SVFC's method is a succesful way of treating that disease state or condition, but I do not think that will guarantee that the FDA will do the right thing. I just don't trust the FDA. Now, if SVFC has a joint venture with a large and established pharmaceutical company, or if a large pharmaceutical company simply buys the company outright, then I could see the FDA giving this a green light.
