Not to disagree with your logic, I see the same scenario but what about Samsung, they also have WIFI enabled devices and more than twice the market share of cell phones in the world that Apple does.

If I was looking to unload a million or two shares at 20 cents, I would want people to think a big payout is coming, say Dec 15th. That way, any silly piece of news which is not concrete enough to point to a sale happening soon could bump this over 20 cents. Anything concrete would make this jump. But nothing so far is concrete. South Bank is nice, the cc was nice (but not necessary), and the excitement over Dunnam was interesting. None of them were concrete.
The patents are done, the debt is paid, the shares have been given, they know who to go after.
I would send out infringement letters now.

I'm looking for Apple at 6.5 billion by December 15.

Thanks for sharing your prediction with us. If there is even a whif of a rumor that Apple is indeed interested (or even heard of VPLM) I think you will have no problem whatsoever unloading your shares at .20+ cents p/share.

It's not difficult to see how VPLM's patents could benefit Apple (e.g. facetime, security, WiFi calling, RBR, leverage in lawsuits & present/future negotiations) and continue their uniqueness in the global market arena. Apple could also monetize the patents through Rockstar Consortium through either licensing or litigation. There are many options for apple to monetize the patents.

Having said that, I have not read one rumor connecting Apple to VPLM. The only place I have read (heard) about Apple & VPLM was in the CC on 9/9.
