Sure there is retail here, just not much. Look at number of shareholders on record.

The audit will indicate retail shareholder numbers. Their Facebook "Likes" alone are six times higher than the outdated number on the OTC Company Profile page.

Nasdaq's MYEC page will indicate institutional investor activity after the company audit/uplist/Annual Meeting. Of course they don't waste money on non-reporting Pink Sheet entities.

Ed is very well known. This company traded around $150 PPS on the Nasdaq before the financial meltdown/bank collapse of 2008/2009. Ed had to "go dark" to recover and reinvent the business.
