What I "took from that" PR was they distribute to a "TOTAL" of 1300 point of sales....doesn't mean they are actually delivering APWC water to all 1300 locations to be sold.....

Otherwise Culbreth would have simply said that instead of crafting the message they way he did.

Also, the P.O.S (retail) will have to want the water. The distributor can't just deliver water and say here you go whether you like it or not LOL. They are just a middleman.
