The quarterly report you reference was for the quarter that ended BEFORE the positive news of reported increased sales and achieved milestones — all that plainly occurred AFTER the end of that quarter. As you darn well (should) know, you cannot report profits, sales or revenues in a quarterly report that has not yet occurred.
