It would be real easy picture but it would be a vulgar one like a porn flick and Intellect its sharesholders would be the recipient.

This was no mishap,mistake it was done intentionally by Pfizer which then hired a large law firm to continue the assualt to undermine the company Intellect and also destroy its shareholders which they were successful with said breach and this friovlous ligation to the tune of 20 to 30 million dollars in shareholder losses the way I figure it not to mention we lost a top scientist and the pipeline was halted for several years.

All one has to do is spend a few weeks reading every court filing the exhibits like Doc.79 exhibits 2 Optiion and licensee EXECUTION COPY AND SCHEDULE 3 (all 44 pages) of said agreement and Doc 85 and one can see straight through these lies by Pfizer its defense team imho.
