Except the AS count means almost nothing......check out the OS.....notice how much it's increased?....
Heck just LAST week alone almost 10,000,000 came off of restricted shares and entered into the FREE TRADING SHARE COUNT......and yet some still claim no dilution....what a joke......with over 600,000 shares being added to the float EVERY SINGLE TRADING DAY is it really any mystery why the PPS will never rise?
