Really none if its a dollar but when we are talking $19.50 then wouldn't we be talking about a 19.5% gain against a 5% decline?

Now when you look at it like that silver really held up rather well IMO

It's up compared to the other currencies....like being tallest of the midgets but this has nothing to do with the strength of the $USD. It will cool off here shortly otherwise we are going to have more GDP problems on top of our current GDP problems ;)
