We've all seen that before. CEO says no RS, CEO says there is no reason to do an RS, CEO says quit asking we are not doing an RS! Then CEO says all options are on the table. CEO then destroys all long term shareholders with an RS and starts the process again. Oh and usually any increase in the sp is wiped out in months.
Will history repeat itself here?? Or will he get current and get the chill lifted and have one of his PRs come true??
