I would suggest buying here and averaging down. RSI oversold. Then sell on news if you want out.

Your guess is about as good as anyone else's. I will say this though, since our last PR on September 11th we have lost a little over 50% so I'm not expecting much.. I will ask the stock gods tonight though for some clarification.. Best of luck
