Guys, it is beyond ridiculous to expect good news on Monday. They are having the call because they lost a case they are invested in and the stock had tanked. The purpose of the call is to allay investors apparent fear that the sky is falling. They are going to acknowledge that their software patent cases are an uphill battle in this environment, but will emphasize the strength of their hardware patents and the near term milestones in those cases (including the apple markman if the case does not get transferred). If there is new good news on any front, it will be with respect to their core business, but I wouldn't expect anything there either as they just provided an update on where things stand on that front, including the new Authentiguard customer, during their quarterly call. That's it. But we should be happy that they are taking the time to have the call and answer our questions, as the same people here who are questioning why they are having the call without new news are the ones who would be whining about them not communicating with us if they did nothing.
