Here's the thing. Perry may be nice guy and personable and dedicated and transparent and reachable and all that, but he has a fiduciary responsibility to shareholders. As you point out he's the CEO and he has structured this so he's the only person that calls all the shots across the boards.

I don't think he's very business savvy just based on the way he has written the debt and the way he releases filings and news (just my opinion). It doesn't appear that he gets the OTC market/game at all which raises the question if he is a good CEO.

MAYBE he's extremely savvy the way he has drawn in investors and proponents, played out the toxic financing and he completely understands the game and is playing it well. I'm still undecided, I haven't had time to perform DD on the man himself.

One way or another the question now really is, is he a good manager? The only way he be able to regain confidence from shareholders that have watched their investment go down the toilet is by performing AND getting the share structure and dilution under control (no easy task).

He has to move fast now. Let's see if he can do that.
