Wrong. It applies to Amazon, Netflix and Ultraflix. Notice, footnote number 3 says applicationS, not application. Plural signifies more than one.

Then why do they says "applications"? Clearly this applies to ALL the apps.

What's so bad about the footnote? It's a perfectly reasonable statement given the fact that Ultraflix is a subscription service.
