So for clarification:

The NSAV is incorporated in Nevada, while one of their subsidiary companies is Business licensed in NY.

So yes we are filing in both states.

From IR:

NSAV is now 100% current with Nevada and New York. They also have filed with the SEC and show only one directors of the company Steven Baritz. www.fotothing.com/photos/us/37852.gif
These filings are the most current and have been updated both in New York and Nevada.
The company, as of these filings 09/117/2014, has one majority shareholder and one director: Steven Baritz
There are not other directors at this time and one Vice President has been hired, but she is not a majority Owner: Linda Garbi
