WRONG!!! 4.4mm shares came off RESTRICTION ONLY
about the first week in September...GET THE FACTS!!! :-D

Those inquiring DAILY after the SS, KNOW that the TA reported
a 4.4mm change in early September: Thus the 4.4mm were likely
GONE & HAVE NOTHING to do with the $0.10 pps. The remaining
shares are RESTRICTED...So the MATH leaves something to be
desired since there was NEVER 9mm shares off restriction
as claimed.
