In all fairness, your posts are cryptic imo. I have read all or almost all of the 1000 pages filed in the Process case including the Depositions of Mike Brown, Chad Coats and Cunetta. There appears to be some question as to who or what actually has IP rights but I have yet to see PATENTS mentioned or referred to.
Furthermore, HTI/AHS had/has technology that was given to Process/
Calloways and they gave it to 6 or 7 other entities including Joe Mentlick. [As alleged in the HTI/AHS Counter & Cross claims]
Therefore, the question is why hasn't anyone come forward claiming
that they actually hold the patents and none of these parties then have any rights to it - to either manufacture or give away. ?????
