hence the strong probability of CHILL remaining,-when-a-company-goes-"DARK" ( files a form 15 )……the reasoning to do that is to AVOID the SEC filing process

thats what INCC chose to do, and to be reinstated, they need 4+yrs of AUDITED docs…..

tell me WHAT PENNY has done that???????????

after INCC hits 2 cents today, who needs the CHILL removed……..

I do not think they have to have audited financials to get the chill removed. I was in another penny stock with unaudited financials and they had the chill removed.
