Too bad Helm isn't anything more than some sap Timothy Smith found to be a clean name for this garbage.

Should try to do some DD on Robert Jackson. He was a VERY legit oil man who was unfortunate enough to answer one of Clay's Craigslist ads.

Guy nearly had his retirement years destroyed over that decision.
