11-12 RSI (Daily chart), is almost unheard of... so calling this 'oversold' is an understatement. And recent news is showing guidance near term positive, so with that said a buy near .14 can't be a stupid at this point.

Even a short term trader rationale has to be that if it moves to RSI 25-30's, BAXS can see .20's at the least for upside. I personally think more news in latter 4th qtr will likely propel this in a more positive direction so buying new here or adding here makes sense to me.
