The phenomenal 30% reduction in debt is only a big positive step for $BHRT.
Have we already forgotten many of those issued shares were purchased at a 25% premium over market creating a nearly 2.2 million gain on extinguishment of debt, and also PPS are still holding up just fine anyway despite these issuances from several months ago?
