If Eric wanted to sell hope a legitimate debt note he definitely shouldn't have been coaching/advising him on the coming 3a10 and inferring that his elaborate debt note and ensuing 3a10 scheme would ensure that hope started recouping lost round 1 monies from his massive reverse split!

Thank you again for sharing your many years of experience about these things with the board. It is invaluable. The above quote is what gets to me the most. Talk about a glaring "no-no"!!

There is absolutely no question in my mind that Hope is not the only one who received prospective behind the scenes deal offers laced with "woe is me" and promises of how they can make their money back if x, y and z happen. No question whatsoever. IMO

Hope, first of all thank you for continuing to "HOPEFULLY" open a few eyes here by making public these communications which you are rightfully, legally and morally obliged to do and I think you deserve credit for posting them and not attaching any opinion to them. Just informing the msg board just how this CEO tactically works behind the scenes that is considered ethically illegal to do by SEC full disclosure rules.

Without fear or favor this CEO by his own words and hand has himself in a death grip as it looks right now. He has one person to blame... it's not the insulting insinuations of anonymous id's, it's not glitches, it's not small technical errors... it's his lack of abilities to sit in the virtual office and virtual CEO's chair directing traffic. He has IMO traded in his integrity and nobility to just make payroll. Those emails has him cash starved hanging from a tightening rope and what looks to be laying responsibility for not getting his money because people aren't giving it to him "because he has orders to ship that won't unless he gets that money" the there is the survive ploy... looks like he wants to instill and pass on guilt if he shouldn't make that happen. Why else would he engage in that email content he has?

DOOG, Thank you for always tying the problems and self inflicted wounds the CEO has demonstrated by always having the data and the facts ready to go. Your credibility has been called into question constantly as it seems trying to trip you on the real facts which IMO goes back to the subject of you being jilted by the CEO because it was said you weren't chosen to run a promotion for him because ERic took this "so called moral high road" and decided not to which was also FALSE. Thanks for always bringing this back to the facts that will always prevail here.

The CEO has done an exemplary job of being transparent alright... except the transparency is of his own misdeeds and deception on his time stamped journey through his Blogs and avatars and BFF's postings on his behalf.

This product will always be IMO tarnished by all of these actions. Pretty hard for me to imagine making a purchase that in any way may support these seemingly on going deplorable actions by the CEO. all JMO
