You might not be counting in the new value introduced into the equation- which is the ActSoft business.

It does not seem like a bad deal to me. You basically get a .013 cent dividend on a .075 stock. Both stocks will end up trading on the OTCBB. HISC will be the same company you own now and the new one will be ACTSOFT plus the new acquisition. Both will be viable GROWING companies. I am happy!
