So let's see: These imaginary institutions have been heavily "accumulating" since $1.50 but "shorted" ahead of the 26 million share dump and covered at .15?!!! So they basically marked down their huge position on purpose, right??!! And all so that they can get a few retail guys that you guys keep saying own less than 10% of the shares to sell? Right? LOL
