As I sit here today dadx4, I agree all the way.

If this is based largely upon anticipated large growth of the company, then it will have been established to enable two things. One is the higher return and flexibility of timing for SGLB to bring in cash in exchange for securities of one kind or another. The other thing is to enable an exit plan for current and future large shareholders, both private and insider.

I also get the feeling that things will unfold rapidly from here on out.
