I disagree, as any move north will allow many of us to "reposition" our selves, if needed, and the BOB is rating would be welcome by myself as I would welcome the opportunity to make some money here until the time we do get that legitimate news. This is the pink world and many times nothing is "legitimate" but I hope I'm wrong here.
