Every company goes through quiet periods when refinancing, it's usually approx 6 mths give or take. I have seen companies come out of quiet period and explode!
So we will see when it's over, I expect great things!
This is not a complex venture, we should be in sales after this!!

There is huge risk in penny stocks and that's how many millionaires are made over night!! It would be a shame if people got out prematurely based on other peoples negativity on message boards like calling it a scam without any evidence, keep those opinions to yourself unless you have evidence to back those accusations up!

The federal securities laws do not define the term "quiet period," which is also referred to as the "waiting period." However, a quiet period extends from the time a company files a registration statement with the SEC until SEC staff declare the registration statement "effective." During that period, the federal securities laws limit what information a company and related parties can release to the public. The failure to comply with these restrictions generally is referred to as “gun-jumping.”
