Current A/S is 16 million which is 16 BILLION pre split value. APWC 'retired' a billion shares because for whatever reason they didn't include the A/S when they did the 1000 to 1 reverse split.

You can't "retire" shares that have never been issued.

A reduction in the A/S is only a reduction in a number, not shares.
