Johnnie Johnson, fraud, took under the table payments from GEOMC too. Forensic accounting will put Johnnie Johnson in the big house.

Imagine being 76 years old and have a reputation of failure and fraud?

Sad--but sadder when you think that between the kickbacks and annual consulting fees and salaries, he has received over $2.65 Million from shareholders over the past 15 years.

"Did he have authority..."???

Uhhhh...Johnson was appointed interim CEO by the BOD -- wasn't he? Did they assign limits to that authority? If not, then certainly he had authority.

More to the point, they presumably knew about the contract and its specifications for TWO YEARS before Mir overturned it in a pathetic and desperate act to try and milk some favorable publicity for him having done SOMETHING as CEO. In those TWO YEARS, however, did the BOD ever once complain about the contract? Had they ever read the contract? Did they even know the contract existed?

Seems like it's the BOD who should be held accountable. Them and Conrad "Useful as a Wooden Frying Pan" Mir.
