The price dropped to .158 that is not above yesterdays closing. What chart are you looking at? Mine says almost a penny decline, which is hugh in penny land. If that doesn't create a down gap I don't know what does.

Oh as I understand it that gap up or down doesn't have to happen at opening, or do you have a differant interatation of what a gap is?
