Yes, today I am quite testy - the courts have been pissing on the IP space for a few months now. Finally Dan Ravicher gets an opportunity to contribute his two cents in a hopefully productive way. Not that those crackheads who sit on the court benches and in the halls of Congress will listen to reason. They have embarked on a course which has very wide reaching implications for the future. But sadly, they are only there to line their own pockets and widen the breadth of their career paths.
