FAILED political move LOL. It's called hey let's do something now when it already happened.

It's election time let's pretend to appease everyone. FITX is laughing along with many locals since they know political games sorry if anyone gets held up not seeing it.

In the end jobs and tax revenue will prevail and HC doesn't care about anyone local especially when FITX could release licenses any day.
