Brando, your optimism for this company will possibly be shattered due to the fact that two huge things are at work against any success for PMBS.
1) Previous note holders are lined up to sell their shares once a reverse split is completed and will subsequently drive the pps back down to $.0001 and the outstanding shares back up into the billions.
2) The company has no capital to continue operating.
I own a business that always has great plans and things "brewing" going into the future, however the road to success always has its hurdles and the above two are enormous obstacles for this company.
Russ has to come to terms with the previous note holders and come up with the funds to continue operations, if these two conditions are not met, the doors close PERIOD.
The next time you or anyone else on this board are talking to him, mention these two concerns to him and see what his response is, anything else he says means diddly until these are addressed.
