Guess you didn't read the last update. Here it is. Lot's of news and updates and PLANS.

COO Update September 18, 2014

As my first formal and detailed update in my role as COO, I wanted to provide a brief historical context through to the current day:

My initial on the ground involvement with First Liberty commenced in October 2013, where I was brought in to gain an understanding of the then active mining operations at Fencemaker, and the emergent challenges faced in the ore upgrading plans.

From January 2014 through to April 2014, my objectives were to re-establish a baseline operation for the Antimony strategy, which involved a thorough investigation of past events, building a new team, undertaking a full evaluation of mill requirements, gaining a deep understanding of logistics, acquiring full knowledge of permitting issues and challenges, establishing a local network, and putting together a go forward plan to ensure the foundation in place for a significant scale regional antimony and other metals operations.

I came on board formally as COO in April 2014, with the objective in place to implement the developed plan, of which the core outcomes were a rationalization of mining strategy associated with the complex geology of the area, implement the processes required for local milling / refining capabilities, and, most importantly, have in place a definitive path to revenue. In essence, the crystallization of our core operational strategy of smaller, efficient mining operations feeding a centralized mill to generate cash flow and profits on a near to mid-term basis.

Additionally, as part of the fulfilling the need for near term cash flow, we recently initiated a complementary strategy of introducing placer type gold operations that would provide the opportunity to benefit from simple free gold recovery, and also feed into the planned centralized mill for additional recoveries.

A great deal of progress has in fact been made in terms of implementing these plans, and we will be utilizing this forum, together with other media channels, to communicate on already accomplished and emergent components of the plans, so that the path we are on towards near term revenue and milling/refining is much more clear.

Operational Base in Reno

One core aspect of implementing the strategy was the need for a consolidation of a base and a team that can rapidly advance the plans of First Liberty – and Reno, Nevada was the most logical choice. This consolidation allows for real time ability to monitor and advance the projects in Nevada, and as a key component, Mrs. Alma Chilsen, who lives in Reno and has 20 years if experience in the mining industry and with companies in and around Reno, has been brought on as Controller. With Alma coming onboard, we now have a complete operational team on the ground, in Reno, of which we can work with and advance on the current and future projects.

That ties in with the new corporate office in Reno, where we will have accounting, legal, geology and support, as well as space for meetings and visits, and which is located in a one of the prime areas in Reno, with many amenities nearby and easy access to the highway system.

The office has a large reception, a computer and kitchen area, a boardroom and four offices which will house all our corporate/operational team and more importantly the assets if the company which are in essence the exploration and development information on our properties.

In order to be able to manage costs and to create a library of our own from ore cores/samples through to refined products, we also been working on establishing a First Liberty laboratory, also located in Reno, and nearby our assay lab and our lead consultant ASW – who also supports our efforts with full access to their facilities as well as working on ours.

The laboratory we plan to have operational by October and many pieces of equipment have already been acquired and others are on the way.

In the laboratory we will be able to test and process, on a small scale, processes like ore crushing to fines, to refining, and with many results being confirmed by the assay lab and ASW. We will have the means and the ways in place as well as trained staff that will know how to handle the equipment on site.

The above ties in with the newly purchased and very advanced GPR, Ground Penetrating Radar, system which allows us to “see” in 3 dimensional maps what is in the ground – where, what and how much – so that we can be more precise on exploration, drilling and on extraction.

The equipment has been tested for a month now in ASW facilities and will be used initially on the Rose Creek gold site.

Winnemucca / Rose Creek Base

All the above actions tie in with the more recently established plans for an physical operational base in Winnemucca (central to the Rose Creek properties, and in good proximity to the antimony properties), which are:
•Setting up a physical operational office base in Winnemucca
•Setting up a work base on one of the Rose Creek sites

Setting up equipment, people and supports on the Rose Creek first placer gold site for exploration, followed by mining upon permit grant. As we progress on the Rose Creek properties and others to potentially follow, the need for the mill remains critical. We have therefore started work on a mill site in Winnemucca where we will be leasing a 40 acre lot in the airport industrial area of Winnemucca – which is to include offices and the mill site processes along with tailings recovery and other support buildings. We have already started on the ground and aerial topography and surveying so as to proceed with the initial phase one design and application for operations submission. On the regulatory front as we continue to work closely with the regulatory bodies for Fencemaker, Lovelock and now Winnemucca, and we are up to date and operating within the regulations of:

Regulatory Considerations

In phase one we are to set up offices, a gold fines ore storage area, and a dry air separation circuit so to upgrade the fines, as free gold will be recovered on site.

In the meantime work on site has started which is clearing and setting up, hiring suppliers, sourcing equipment, and other support work.

Fencemaker

Fencemaker remains active, but is not being mined for now and until we have completed the work to understand all the factors and to make a plan that makes sense and gives the company and stakeholders a clear path to profitable operations. Fencemaker is a part of a larger plan that simply, today, needs time to get to production and needs a mill to upgrade the ore.

Summary

In summary, today, we are in constant progress and advancing on

Therefore, we are anticipating to release shortly reports on Fencemaker and Arabia, followed by our additional staked claims. In the meantime, we are seeking an immediate revenue stream, hence the additional focus on Rose Creek and other properties in the area which can gives us revenue as well as a location for the mill.

There is also a lot of work being done and changes being made at the Fencemaker project where we have re-evaluated the mine itself, together with the adjacent staked claims, and the regional geology. Regardless of the past rapid Fencemaker advances, corrections needed to be made and added work needed to be done in and out of the mine so to be able to fully understand the complex geology and to make a plan forward. These plans involve not just First Liberty, as there are many other stakeholders, regulators, and geological considerations that must be factored in.

With the assistance of our lead consultants ASW, we have already planned and are submitting the SUP applications for Rose Creek and the mill site, and are ready to submit the NDEP applications for a mining permit on the Rose Creek and later for the mill site. Work continues on testing, experimenting, and optimizing refining processes relative to mill design.
•A Reno office
•A Reno laboratory
•Changes at Fencemaker
•Setting up Winnemucca
•Setting up Rose Creek site gold site
•Setting up Rose Creek support site
•Starting work on the mill site

Ongoing information flow will be focused on the above, inclusive of:
•Rose Creek gold site progress reports
•Fencemaker report
•Arabia report
•Mill site progress reports
•SUP applications progress reports
•NDEP applications for mining permit progress reports

All are advancing at different speeds and timelines depending on priorities, funds available and expected task completions.

Sincerely,

Jimmy Trikeriotis; COO
