Does it matter what he puts in a PR? Does it matter what he writes in an OTC Disclosure? And lets get something straight, they dont FILE any longer, they requested relief from filing with that Form 15 that they were not eligible to file in the first place. You know the one were they cannot even check the right block.

This company/shell no longer FILES, it however provides what are called OTC Market DISCLOSURES, not Forms and not Filings.

They can write whatever the wish in those disclosures and none of it is reviewed and not a single Regulatory agency reads them.

They are dumping shares and have been for months, VFIN and VNDM are Broker Dealers for Brokers who accept deposit of physical free trading certificates on these OTC securities. They are on the Ask because they are dumping shares.

The game of omitting share information on these Non SEC Filers is well known.
