no I've never read any published data but I have heard the horror stories of people wanting to return the DEFECTIVE drug Embeda because of releasing to much Moriphine at once or not releasing any or enough Moriphine and causing withdrawl symptoms or with to much Moriphine at once the chance of overdose.
this is told by a very reliable Pharmasicist
