I figured they where when I tried emailing and calling to get meters for my business and no responses or care in the world to make money with a customer.

The fact that they had a Las Vegas headquarters tells you nothing of a company. My company is def a real company and we used to have a Las Vegas partnership for tax purposes...nothing else.
