As I seem to ask too frequently, in your experience, how long should the product rollout for a disruptive software technology take? Again, Photoshop took a few years to become an industry standard, I'd like to hear from you about your other investments in similar technology that moved along at a faster pace. I'm a buyer of DSNY at this level, and if you look at the volume, I'm not alone, as mom used to say, "he who laughs last, laughs best."
