Then, he will issue X amount of shares and the fun begins. All previous investors will be wiped out down to the smallest fraction of a penny with their cumulative 1 share and XUII begins anew with a totally fresh share structure. Then news will start to hit and money will come rolling in just after he effectively stole every cent of start up capital from everyone. Honestly it's an absolutely genius plan when you look at it. We're all gonna have a tough time selling our percentage of that 1 single share.
