I remember being lucky enough to buy a lot of F a few years ago when it was below $1, maybe about .80 and there was significant worry that the company would go under. This could be a similar situation or not, F went up but DSNY might not. Interesting times, at any rate, as the man said, opportunity arrives at its own speed.
