They could start just by updating their website with current info. That is a legal way to make things public without info being considered inside info. Calling or emailing them is really pretty useless because the fact is if it is not public knowledge already, they cannot by law disclose any new info to anyone who calls or emails them, so your just going to get the same old stuff if it has not already been disclosed to the public.
